Delivery & returns information

We work alongside a few different couriers to deliver our drinks, who all aim to fulfil orders within 24 hours of collecting from us. Due to the demands of the business, we usually dispatch orders once per week and therefore it may take a week for your bottles to arrive at your door. If you do require your bottles super quick, do drop us a message and we can do our best to help you out, but unfortunately we can't make any promises.

Our glass bottles are fairly strong (British Glass standard), sent out in thick double walled cardboard boxes with bottle dividers, and on a liquid service. Therefore our bottles should turn up safely and all in one piece. If there are any problems with your bottles when they arrive, please let us know as soon as possible via email (sippd@hotmail.com) and we will do our best to make this right.

Although national delivery charges for liquids in glass bottles are quite expensive, we do take on some of this cost and charge a flat rate of £3.99 for every three cases on our deliveries. This is why we are only able to deliver in full boxes of 12.

Delivery Restrictions

Unfortunately, due to the further surcharges associated with wider deliveries, our standard delivery options aren't available for the following areas and postcodes:

  • Channel Islands and Offshore (Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man)

  • Ireland (Northern and Southern)

  • Scottish Postcodes:

We are unable to restrict the checkout process, and therefore, please ensure your delivery address is not listed above. If an order is received for delivery to an address in the above restricted areas, we will, in the first instance, check whether an alternative delivery address may be used. If this is not possible, we will obtain a quote for delivery and see whether this is something that you would be willing to proceed with (further delivery costs are to be sent over via bank transfer - details will be provided). If neither of these options are possible, we will refund the full amount, less any transactional fees that are incurred.

Although we do not ship internationally as standard, due to the costs associated with this, however, we definitely aren't opposed to the idea. Feel free to send us a message via our get in touch page and we'll do our best to arrange something.

Currently we aren't able to accept returns due to the high costs associated with shipping our products. If you aren't satisfied with the products that have been delivered, please get in touch and we will see whether there is anything we are able to do prevent disappointment.
